Grape Vodka
Unlike most other vodkas, which are made
from grain, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is
crafted from fine French grapes.
CÎROC only uses "snap frost" grapes —
grapes that have been frozen on the vine.
Frozen grapes when pressed release a
sweeter taste giving Ciroc its signature
exceptionally fresh and vibrant taste.
Distillation is the process of purifying a liquid using heating or cooling methods.
5 Times Distilled
Ciroc uses a unique Five Times distillation process. The
first four distillations of the Ugni Blanc take place in
stainless steel column stills; the Mauzac Blanc grapes
are distilled in copper continuous stills.
These are distilled as far as 96.5% and 93.5%, then
blended together, with 95% being Ugni Blanc and 5%
being Mauzac Blanc. The final distillation is performed in
a traditional Armagnac style copper pot still.
